Chicago's only drive-in. I was there from the first night, building the audience, the brand, and the community around it until it became a city destination instead of a pandemic stopgap.

McLaren F1 Premiere
Brand night · ChiTown Drive-In, Chicago
McLaren Chicago premiered the F1 movie at the drive-in for its own audience, with turf seating, surround sound and food trucks around the cars.
How I got here
I started organizing on Chicago's South Side as a teenager, running walkouts, press conferences, and a neighborhood Halloween rebuilt around young people. Pomona gave me a camera and a crew. Graduate work at Claremont gave me the anthropology to understand who a room is for. Now I produce events and media, and the operations that hold them together.
